Charlotte Dore (Director / Stiletto Singer)
Charlotte Dore is a professional actor, singer, director, writer, and puppeteer. She has acted in musicals, comedies, dramas, interactive shows, one-woman shows, television shows, and films. She has played hundreds of roles as diverse as Peep-Bo in "The Mikado" at the American Stage Festival to a Christmas Caroler in the film The Box with Cameron Diaz.
Charlotte has worked for Comedy Theater Productions for the past seventeen years, performing in over thirty different original murder mysteries, as well as writing and directing several shows for the company including The Mobfather, which is now in its fourth year. She has also directed children in musicals such as "The Sound of Music," "Bye Bye Birdie," and "Grease." In addition, she performed with Urban Improv for five years, using singing and improvisation to help Boston school students deal with life issues.
Charlotte runs the puppet company "Rosalita's Puppets," which performs over 100 shows per year for birthday parties, libraries, childcare centers, festivals, and renaissance fairs. She writes the shows, builds her own puppets, and includes singing in each interactive performance. She also worked with Oscar winner Tom Woodruff as a puppeteer for the movie "The Zookeeper," which is scheduled for a 2011 release.
In all her numerous endeavors past and present, Charlotte always hopes to entertain and share the experience of being alive, the wonder, and the joy. She has a theatre/ visual art degree from Nottingham Trent University in the UK titled B.A. (honors) "Creative Arts", and is a member of Actors Equity (AEA), the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Puppeteers of America (P.of A.). Becki Dennis (Choreographer / Stiletto Singer)
Becki Dennis is a professional singer, actor, dancer, and choreographer. She has been performing on stage her whole life, and has appeared in musical productions at regional theatres across New England such as the Ogunquit Playhouse, Palace Theatre, Seacoast Repertory Theatre, and the Boston Center for the Arts. She was also featured in "Experiment America," a joint collaboration between the American Repertory Theater, Huntington Theatre, and the ICA. She regularly acts in interactive theatre, and has played a wide variety of roles in numerous murder mysteries, comedy weddings, wakes, and proms. In addition, she has sung for both Big Smile Entertainment and the Victorian Carollers.
Becki has had principal roles in films, television shows, and national commercials, and was recently cast as a dancer in the upcoming movie "What's Your Number?" As a choreographer, she has staged over fifteen productions, and her work on "A Chorus Line" was nominated for a North Shore Music Theatre Spotlight Award for "Best Choreography."
Becki received her B.A. in Musical Theatre from Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts. Carol Grossi is a trained actor and singer, with a BA in Theater from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has never encountered a project she hasn't enjoyed and put her heart into, from interactive improvisation to fully staged musical productions. Paige Clark (Stiletto Singer Swing)Paige Clark is a professional actress in the Boston area. She most recently appeared as Maria in Lend Me a Tenor (Summer Theatre at Salem.) Other favorite roles include Juror #7 in 12 Angry Jurors (Counter-Productions), Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Shakespeare Now!), and Carol in Happy Daughter (Boston Actor's Theatre/ SLAMBoston.) In addition to her love of acting and singing, Paige also has a passion for education and teaches at Riverside Theatre Works, where she leads various children's theatre camps and classes.
